SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Program. Sunwave Mobile Wound Care offers text messages about visit scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries, and care-related service updates.
Opt-out & Support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message from us. After you send “STOP”, we will send a message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, simply opt in as you did the first time. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates & frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month, varying in frequency. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
